LEVEL 1 TECHNIQUE
This class is designed for the more serious dancer who wishes to strengthen the fundamentals of turns, leaps, and basic technique. Since this is a non-performance based class, the instructor is able to spend the entire dance year with the focus on proper technique, stretching, and conditioning. These classes are based on skill level, students may test out of any level at any time. Technique classes are 60 min. per week.
Tight fitting clothing (ie: leotard or sports bra, spandex shorts), clean tennis shoes, jazz shoes
(ie: 1/2 ballet shoes, footundeez)
